Jalapeño Popper RITZwich

Makes 6 servings, 2 topped crackers each


  • 12 RITZ Crackers
  • 60 g brick cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded Tex-Mex cheese blend
  • 1 large jalapeño pepper, cut into 12 slices


  1. HEAT oven to 350°F.
  2. SPREAD crackers with cream cheese; place in single layer on baking sheet.
  3. BAKE 3 to 5 min. or until shredded cheese is melted.
  4. TOP with peppers
  5. TOP with shredded cheese.

Recipe Tips

  1. Variation Prepare recipe as directed. Immediately cover each topped cracker with additional RITZ Cracker to make sandwich, gently pressing top cracker into melted cheese to secure.
  2. Variation Prepare using RITZ 30% Less Fat Crackers, brick light cream cheese and shredded light Tex-Mex cheese.
  3. Substitute Prepare using your favourite variety of RITZ Crackers
