Ingredients

  • 12 OREO cookies
  • 2 (250g) packages of cream cheese, at room temperature
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup 35% cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F. Line a muffin tin with paper liners. Place an OREO cookie in the bottom of every muffin liner.
  2. In large bowl, cream together cream cheese and sugar, using a hand mixer. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition and scraping down sides of the bowl as needed.
    Add vanilla extract and mix to combine ingredients. Evenly divide the mixture between muffin cups. Bake for 10-15 minutes until set but still have a slight jiggle. Let cool at room temperature for 30 minutes, before placing in the fridge for 1 hour to set completely.
  3. Whip cream in a large bowl and dollop on top of the cooled cheesecakes. Top with crushed OREO cookies.

Recipe Tips

  1. These mini cheesecakes can be made the day before serving, just leave in the fridge until ready to serve.
Sprinkle Dipped OREO Cookies

Sprinkle Dipped OREO Cookies

Ingredients

  • ½ cup white chocolate
  • 12 OREO cookies
  • ¼ cup sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a microwave safe bowl, melt chocolate in 30-second bursts, about 1½ minutes in total, stirring after every 30 seconds.
  2. Dip each OREO cookie into melted white chocolate, dipping halfway. Immediately dip in sprinkles and place on baking sheet to set. Once all cookies have been dipped, place in the fridge for 10 minutes to set completely.

Recipe Tips

  1. Instead of using sprinkles try using crushed nuts or crushed hard candies for dipping.
Puffed Rice OREO Cookie Squares

Puffed Rice OREO Cookie Squares

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup unsalted butter
  • 6 cups mini marshmallows
  • 6 cups puffed rice cereal
  • 2 cups OREO cookie pieces

Instructions

  1. Grease a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with butter.
  2. In a large pot melt butter over medium heat. Add marshmallows and let melt completely, about 2 minutes. Stir in puffed rice cereal and OREO cookie pieces. Mix well to combine.
  3. Scrape mixture into prepared dish. Let cool completely at room temperature, about 20 minutes. Slice into squares.

Recipe Tips

  1. Try adding ½ tsp vanilla or maple extract to the melted marshmallow mixture.
OREO Hot Cocoa

OREO Hot Cocoa

Ingredients

  • 12 OREO cookies
  • 5 cups milk
  • 3 tbsp. cocoa powder
  • Mini marshmallows, to serve

Instructions

  1. Place OREO cookies in a large zip-top bag. Using a rolling pin or pot smash cookies.
  2. Place cookies into a medium sized saucepan with milk and cocoa powder. Bring to a simmer and let mixture barely bubble for 4 – 5 minutes. Portion into glasses and top with mini marshmallows. Use extra OREO cookies for dipping.

Recipe Tips

  1. You can keep OREO hot cocoa in the fridge and re-heat in the microwave when ready to serve.
